Return and Refund Policy

Introduction
At Glam Sleek, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and watches. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and certificates of authenticity intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period
- Jewelry: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Watches: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items purchased on clearance or during a sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, altered, or damaged.

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
   - Contact our customer service team at support@glamsleek.com or call +1 312 504 6467 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
   
2. Receive Return Authorization:
   - Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

3. Pack and Ship Your Item:
   - Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
   - Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Approval:
   - Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
