Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

• Damaged or defective upon arrival

• Incorrect or different from the item ordered

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or through an agreed alternative where applicable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Glam Sleek will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return
